Printing and quality control takes 5-15 business days after approval, followed by 3-5 business days for shipping.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order a single unit?
No, we don't currently produce single units. All our products are made in bulk; the minimum order quantity for each product is listed on its own product page.
Why isn't the AI design feature available?
Our AI-powered design studio is currently under maintenance and will be back shortly. In the meantime, you can order our products with standard printing by attaching your logo or print file to the order note.
Is my file good enough quality?
We recommend at least 1000 pixels wide, preferably a PNG with a transparent background. Low-resolution files may appear pixelated when printed; our team checks before production and will call you if needed.
Will the colors look exactly as on my screen?
Screens work in RGB, printing in CMYK; small color differences are normal. If you have critical brand colors, write the Pantone code in the order note.
Is the logo I upload shared with others?
No. Files you upload are linked only to your account and are never used for anything other than producing your order.
